Flash mob!

This is a video of our school’s first ever flash mob. I taught my grade 6 and grade 9 students the piece and we originally planned to perform this outside where ‘Inventions Day’* was taking place, but then it rained. We ended up performing it three times in the school’s three canteens. The video is only five minutes long, and grade 6 and 9 would love it if you could watch all of it.

* Inventions Day was part of Da Vinci Week where we celebrated Technology, the Sciences and the Arts at our school.

The students look like they were having a great time! Thanks for sharing.

    • They really did. I had one boy in my grade 9 class who is only just getting comfortable with English and every lesson that we would rehearse this he would have the biggest smile on his face. Made me smile too 🙂

Great idea, Alison! Looks like so much fun. Makes me want to go out and join a Flash Mob right now!
